Anime NebrasKon 2012 Dealers Room


IMPORTANT NOTE
Filling out this Application DOES NOT guarantee a booth (or booths) in the Anime NebrasKon Dealers Room.  Upon confirmation of full payment for the booth (or booths), a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent from vendors@animenebraskon.com to your company’s contact e-mail and will be reserved under your company’s name.  For prices and deadlines, see below.

  1. Location of Anime Nebraskon 2012 Convention:

                     Ramada Plaza Omaha Hotel and Convention Center

  1. Dates of Convention: Friday, November 2nd, 2012 to Sunday, November 4th, 2012.
  1. Location of Dealers Room: The Holiday Rooms
  1. Exhibit Space Rental Fee: The rental fee for exhibit space will be $175.00 per booth space. A maximum of Four (4) booths will be allowed per vendor. A Dealer’s booth will be defined as a Ten (10) foot by Ten (10) foot area with One (1) Eight (8) foot by Two and a Half (2 ½) foot table, and Two (2) chairs. The dealer will be allowed to bring their own additional tables day of the event to sell their merchandise within their designated booth space. If the dealer does not bring their own additional tables, the dealer can rent additional tables from the event (if available). The event will charge the dealer the prevailing day-of rate issued by the convention center for any additional tables.
  1. Vendor Event Passes: The vendor will be issued One (1) Vendor Event Pass per booth with the option of additional passes for $25.00 per pass.
  1.  Utilities Information: The Ramada Plaza Omaha hotel offers complimentary Wi-fi throughout the convention center. If you require a wired Ethernet connection you will be assessed an installation fee by the hotel. Electrical outlets are available to use in the Dealers room; however all dealers are responsible for bringing their own extension cords and power strips.
  1. Setup and Removal Time for the Dealers Room:

The Dealers may begin set-up at 5:00 pm on Thursday November 1st 2012
All Dealer booths must be set up in the Dealers Room by 2:00 pm on Friday November 2nd 2012.
All Dealer booths must be removed from the Dealers Room by 7:00pm on Sunday November  4th 2012.

  1. Dealers Room Hours of Operations:

Friday November 2nd 2012 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday November 3rd from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday November 4th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Note: The Event reserves the right to change the setup and dealers' hours of operations for Anime Nebraskon 2012, as it may deem necessary. While filling out this application, please indicate when you will arriving at the convention center.

Dealers Room Application Terms and Conditions

  1. Food Policy: Dealers are permitted to sell only pre-packaged snack foods and drinks that do not require on-site preparation. All beverages must be cleared by Anime Nebraskon Dealers Room staff prior to 2:00pm Friday November 2nd, 2012.
  2. Weapons Policy: In order to sell weapons in Anime Nebraskon’s Dealers room, the vendor must first verify that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older by verification of State or Military issued ID. Sale of such items to anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any dealer caught selling any such item to a minor will be warned and/or removed from the convention. Any weapons sold must be kept in their boxes unless peace-bound on site by Anime Nebraskon’s security staff.
  3. Medical Application Devices: The sales and distribution of medical application devices such as contact lenses (prescription or non-prescription) are strictly prohibited at Anime Nebraskon. Any Dealer found selling or distributing such items will be warned and/or removed from the convention.
  4. Adult Merchandise: The sale of Adult Material at Anime Nebraskon is allowed, but such materials must be kept hidden from public view, and dealers are prohibited from allowing anyone under the age of 18 to purchase or preview such material. It is mandatory for all dealers to check everyone's  I.D. before allowing them to purchase or preview such material.  A list of titles your company offers can be shown at the Dealers Room.The term “Adult Materials" is defined as any material, book, pamphlet, paper, writing, advertising, circular, print, picture, drawing, video, digital depiction or other representation, figure, or image on or of paper, film, digital media or other material , which contains nudity or sexually explicit images, audio or scenarios, OR any cast, instrument, toy or other article with a sexual or prurient primary intended use, which is inappropriate or legally prohibited for viewing, use and/or consumption by persons under the age of Eighteen (18).
  5.  Bootleg Policy: The sales of Bootlegged or Counterfeit merchandise is prohibited in the Anime NebrasKon Dealer’s Room.  If the Dealer is found with such items in the room, the dealer has a half-hour to remove the bootlegged merchandise.  If the bootlegged merchandise is still in the dealer’s room after a half-hour, Anime NebrasKon staff will ask the vendor to leave.
  6. Deadlines and cancellation policy: After you have filled out this form, you should be contacted by e-mail from vendors@animenebraskon.com within 24-48 hours to confirm that Anime NebrasKon has received your company’s registration.  After you receive the confirmation e-mail, your company will have 30 days after the confirmation e-mail was sent to pay for your space. If payment is not received, you will not have a space for the convention.  If you are unable to make it to the convention, you have until September 7th to let us know about your cancellation and receive a full refund.  After September 7th, if you cancel you will only receive a 50% refund.
